Domaine Du Cinquau
It was February when I first met Pierre Saubot, silver-haired owner of Domaine Du Cinquau: winery that has been in his family since 1617. After quick greetings (I was already kind of late to that meeting) we went to one of my accounts and opened Sensations Jurancon Sec. The wine was a hit. Everyone loved it. If you judge quality of the wine how I do, by complexity and integrity of its pleasant flavors then you would love this wine too.
