Domaine Girard

 Domaine Girard is a fifth-generation producer situated west of Carcassonne in the town of Alaigne, within the little-known AOC of Malepère in Southwest France. Current owner is Philippe Girard. Here the silt and clay soils, altitude, and coastal Mediterranean influences temper the regions warm temperatures to allow for the development of fruit with concentration and character.
