Family of Tradition
The wine Cavalpoggio Toscana Rosso is produced in San Luciano after close attention to the environmental ambient and with the respect due to its time-worn traditions; the selection of the grapes of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo is then fermented in medium-sized casks at controlled temperature. This wine is the result of the fusion between the tradition and the new technologies.
1. Cavalpoggio Toscana Rosso: 60% Sangiovese, 20% Ciliegiolo And 20% Montepulciano
2. Cavalpoggio Toscana Bianco: 70% Trebbiano, 20% Grechetto And 10% Malvasia di Candia
